Egyptian Healer was another of the series of works inspired by the life of Laneta Gregory. Here the symbology is concerned with the spirit of healing and the feminine principle of receptivity. The picture depicts the woman using the power of mantra to heal the world, whilst the pyramid symbolises the mind as transformer of creative energy. The original painting 87cm x 65cm was done on Ingres paper using mainly pastels. A4 print with bevelled mount in textured ivory approx 41cm x 33cm.
